MINI

2 TO 3 YEAR OLDS

Soccer Shots Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game.

Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.

 

Cancellation Before the Season:
If, for any reason, classes are canceled prior to the start of the season, we are pleased to offer you the flexibility transferring your child to another class or choosing between a full refund or a credit applied to your Soccer Shots account.

Minimum Registrants Requirement:
To ensure the optimal learning experience, a minimum of 4 registrants is required after the first week of class for the session to take place. In the rare instance where we are unable to meet this requirement, we will make every effort to move children to other available classes. However, if there is no space or availability to do so, we will provide a full refund.

Make-up Classes:
We guarantee 2 make-up classes at all locations. Every effort will be made to accommodate additional make-up classes beyond two, taking into consideration park reservations and school schedules. Classes would only be canceled in the rare event that a coach is sick or if the weather conditions pose a safety risk. If we are unable to schedule a make-up class due to these circumstances, a credit will be issued to your account. This credit can be utilized for future enrollments, ensuring that you get the full value of your investment.

Missed Classes Due to Personal Reasons:
Refunds, credits, or the option to join another class are not available for missed classes due to personal reasons such as vacation, illness, etc.

At heart, Soccer Shots Seattle aims to deliver a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family. If you and your child are not positively impacted by your Soccer Shots experience we will offer a credit for any future season.

 

 

1. Air Quality Index (AQI) Policy:

  • If the Air Quality Index (AQI) exceeds 110, we will cancel all youth soccer classes.
  • Parents will be informed as soon as possible via text and email in the event of a cancellation.

2. Freezing Temperatures and Unsafe Road Conditions:

  • Classes will be canceled if the weather drops below freezing, and road conditions are deemed unsafe for travel. If class is not canceled, but you are unable to get to the class due to road conditions, please reach out to us at seattle@soccershots.com and we will issue you a credit to your account.
  • Parents will be notified promptly through text and email if classes are canceled due to freezing temperatures and unsafe road conditions.

3. Rain or Shine Policy:

  • General Play Conditions: Classes will continue in rain or shine, unless there is a specific cancellation due to AQI or freezing temperatures and unsafe road conditions.
  • Appropriate Attire: Players are expected to come prepared for varying weather conditions and wear appropriate attire for rain or sun.

4. Communication Channels:

  • Text and Email: Parents will be notified through both text and email for all cancellations and schedule changes.

5. Flexibility and Adaptability:

  • Continuous Monitoring: We will continuously monitor weather conditions and AQI levels to make timely decisions regarding class cancellations.
  • Prompt Communication: Any changes or cancellations will be communicated promptly to ensure parents have sufficient notice.

By adhering to this weather policy, we aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our young soccer enthusiasts while keeping parents well-informed about any changes to the class schedule. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
